I’m Lauren Roy, certified personal trainer and fitness professional with a passion for
helping people reach their health goals in a very realistic approach. I believe that
living a healthy lifestyle is so much more than following a diet you hate or doing
workouts you dread. It’s about realizing that our bodies are designed to be
nourished in a soul-satisfying way and movement is essential in order to live the
best life we were given.
I believe that everyone is capable of reaching their ultimate goal of health freedom;
that deep desire to live a life completely free of feeling guilt, shame, or feeling lost
when it comes to what to eat and how to move. My goal is to help others achieve
this freedom by educating, supporting and implementing lifestyle changes that have
